Growth
Growth is the daily investment we make to enhance our collective expertise while building lasting relationships.
Growth sessions
On a daily basis, we spend an hour to an hour and a half on either personal or team development. Growth Sessions can be project-focused, challenge-based, or a session that promotes growth, learning, and knowledge sharing with members on our team.
Mobbing
Mobbing is the foundation of teamwork and at Vehikl, we aspire to share this knowledge with the clients that we work with.
The 3 roles are
Navigator
Gives high level intentions to the Driver
Driver
The smart input device that acts on the Navigator’s intentions
Mob
The rest of the team who observe and help out when needed
The roles are rotated throughout the session, and each rotation can last between 2-10 minutes.
We pride ourselves in our daily mobbing sessions as it leads to knowledge transfer, decreases developer's block, and adds multiple new perspectives to a project or task.
Delivery
Delivery is the clean code and consistent design work we bring to our clients.
How We Deliver
Vehikl acts as an extension of other development teams. We build best-in-class web applications with a strong focus on test-driven development.
We collaborate with our clients and use Mob programming to deliver quality code at a consistent pace. Working as a team enables us to quickly remove bottlenecks and shorten the code review process. On a weekly basis, we focus on delivering features that provide business value to stakeholders.
